Terms of Service
Rules, rights, and responsibilities for using WageBlox.
These Terms govern your access to and use of WageBlox, including games, accounts, payments where applicable, and all related services operated by Hades Solutions. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using WageBlox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old—or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your country, state, province, or territory—to use the Service. In some jurisdictions the minimum age for gambling-related activities is 21.
You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction and that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service from any prohibited territory (see Section 8).
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not self-excluded from gambling services where such exclusion applies to you.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person without authorization.
- All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Registration and Security
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may require identity verification (KYC), source-of-funds checks, or other due diligence measures to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and responsible gaming obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our responsible gaming policies.
- One account per person unless expressly authorized by us in writing.
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
- You must not sell, transfer, share, or allow third-party use of your account.
- We may refuse registration or close accounts at our reasonable discretion.
Nature of the Service
WageBlox provides online games and related digital entertainment. Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by a valid license in your jurisdiction, gameplay uses virtual balances, demo credits, or promotional tokens for entertainment purposes.
Where real-money wagering is offered, it is available only in jurisdictions where the Operator holds required licenses and only to eligible users. Availability of real-money features does not constitute an offer or invitation in jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful.
Game outcomes may use certified random number generators (RNG) or provably fair mechanisms where stated. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Virtual Balances
If real-money features are available to you, all deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable payment terms, verification requirements, processing times, and anti-fraud checks.
Virtual currency, demo credits, or promotional rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated and permitted by applicable law and our promotional terms.
We may impose transaction limits, fees, or holds as permitted by law and disclosed at the point of transaction.
- Chargebacks, payment abuse, or use of stolen payment instruments are prohibited.
- We may withhold withdrawals pending verification or compliance review.
- Bonus funds, free bets, and promotions are subject to separate promotional terms.
- Tax obligations arising from winnings are your responsibility unless law requires otherwise.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. You must not interfere with the integrity, security, or fair operation of the Service.
- Cheating, collusion, use of bots, scripts, emulators, or automated systems.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; failure to report known exploits.
- Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Service for unlawful financial activity.
- Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or abusive conduct toward staff or users.
- Circumventing geo-restrictions, age controls, or self-exclusion measures.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized copying of software or content.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials on WageBlox are owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restricted Territories and Compliance
Access to the Service may be restricted in certain countries and regions where online gaming is prohibited or requires licensing we do not hold. You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service complies with local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all locations.
- Countries subject to comprehensive sanctions or export restrictions.
- Jurisdictions where unlicensed remote gambling is prohibited.
- Any territory designated as restricted in our onboarding flow or help center.
Responsible Gaming
We are committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion where available.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory legal rights, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) USD/EUR equivalent, except where a higher minimum is required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
We encourage you to contact support first to resolve concerns informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the process below applies subject to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
EU/EEA and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where mandatory law grants you that right. You also retain rights under applicable alternative dispute resolution schemes where required.
Arbitration (where permitted)
Where permitted by law and not prohibited by mandatory consumer protections, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or protection of the Service and other users.
You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support, subject to completion of pending transactions and legal retention requirements.
