Contact supportOur Commitment
WageBlox is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. We support internationally recognized responsible gaming principles, including player education, preventive controls, early intervention, and access to professional help.
Gaming should remain fun. If it stops being enjoyable—or causes financial, emotional, or relationship harm—please pause and seek support.
Play Safely: Practical Guidelines
- Treat gaming as entertainment, not a source of income or a way to recover losses.
- Set a budget before you play and never exceed it.
- Do not chase losses or borrow money to gamble.
- Take regular breaks and avoid playing when tired, upset, or under the influence.
- Keep track of time and spending.
- Balance gaming with other hobbies, work, and social activities.
- Never allow minors to access your account or device.
Player Protection Tools
We provide or are implementing tools designed to help you stay in control. Availability may vary by jurisdiction and account type.
- Deposit limits: cap how much you can add to your account over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
- Loss limits: restrict net losses within a defined timeframe.
- Wager limits: control total stakes placed over time.
- Session reminders: notifications after a chosen playing duration.
- Cool-off / time-out: temporarily suspend access for 24 hours up to several weeks.
- Self-exclusion: block access for a longer period (6 months, 1 year, or permanently where supported).
- Reality checks: periodic display of time spent and net results during a session.
- Account history: review deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay activity.
How to activate controls
Visit Settings in your account or email support@wageblox.com to request limits or self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and may not be reversed until the chosen period ends, in line with regulatory requirements.
Underage and Vulnerable Persons
WageBlox strictly prohibits use by anyone under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (18+ in most regions). We use age verification and may request identity documents.
Parents and guardians should use device parental controls, secure payment methods, and monitor account access. Report suspected underage use to support immediately.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone. Consider seeking help if you experience any of the following:
- Spending more money or time gambling than you intended.
- Hiding gaming activity from family, friends, or colleagues.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to stop or reduce play.
- Gambling to escape problems or relieve negative emotions.
- Chasing losses or increasing stakes to recover previous losses.
- Neglecting work, study, relationships, or self-care because of gaming.
- Borrowing money, selling possessions, or using funds meant for essentials.
- Repeated failed attempts to cut back or stop.
